For the person who signs off
Where your data lives. And what you own.
How Utopica handles your accounts, your data, and your clients’ trust.
Six commitments. Every one is in the Terms you sign.
The short version
The long version lives in our Terms and Privacy Policy.
01
United States and Canada only
Your data is processed on infrastructure located exclusively in the United States and Canada, including the AI providers we use. Utopica is offered only to businesses operating in those two countries.
02
You own everything it publishes
Every article the content engine produces is yours, under your name, forever, even if you cancel.
03
Least-privilege access
We connect only what is needed to publish, measure, and optimize: your CMS, Google Analytics, and Search Console. Credentials are stored encrypted and used only to run your content engine.
04
You approve what ships
Nothing publishes on terms you didn’t set. Review every article before it goes live, or let approved topics publish on their own. With review on, every article is yours to check against your own rules and sign off before it ships.
05
Sensitive data stays out
The content engine works from your expertise, not your clients’ private records. We neither need nor want protected personal data: health records, financial account numbers, and the like. Our terms prohibit submitting it.
06
Deletion on request
Ask, and we delete your data within 30 days of a verified request.
Utopica never reads your inbox, your Slack, or your Drive.
Two connections, one job each
Some AI content tools ask to plug into your email, CRM, Slack, or Google Drive to gather context. That is a lot of confidential ground to hand over for a blog post. Utopica connects two things, and each has one job you can read. Your CMS, to publish. Your Google Analytics and Search Console, to see what is working. Everything else it knows about your business, your team told it during the custom implementation.
Everything Utopica knows about your business, someone chose to tell it.
