The offer

What is Utopica?

Utopica is a content engine you run: AI agents that turn five minutes of your expert’s time into a finished article, published under their name on your own website. The agents are a researcher, a writer, a fact-checker, an illustrator, a search expert, and more. Nothing goes live on terms you didn’t set, and it’s $300 a month for 15 articles. That’s $20 each. How Utopica works

Why did you build Utopica?

Because whose knowledge gets passed on used to be decided by fame: a few voices were written down, and everyone else’s mastery died with them. AI changed the rule. It learns from whoever publishes. We built Utopica so every expert can teach the future: your knowledge, in the answers AI gives people, and in what the next generation learns.

Our manifesto

What are AI agents?

An AI agent is AI that carries a job to completion on its own: it plans the steps, does the work, and delivers a finished result, not a chat reply. Utopica’s AI agents each hold one editorial job (research, structure, writing, fact-checking, illustration, search, optimization, etc.) and every article passes through all of them. Your expert supplies the knowing that makes the result worth citing. Watch them work

How much does Utopica cost?

Utopica starts at $300/mo, including 15 articles. That’s $20 an article: 15 articles cost $300, total. Content marketing teams start at $600/mo for 30, the same $20 each. Cancel anytime. The only other cost is one-time: the custom implementation, quoted to your offerings, authors, audiences, and integrations. See full pricing

What do I actually get?

A content engine built around your brand and your experts, and a year-long plan to feed it. Your website and analytics connected, and on-brand visuals with every article. Hands-on help tuning it through your first months, your final say on what publishes, and content that’s yours forever. Everything included

What are the credits and seats in the Terms?

The metering behind your plan. Usage credits are what articles draw on: your plan’s credits cover its article count, 15 a month on the starting plan. Seats are logins for your team. Read the Terms

How fast do we go live?

About 30 days. We spend one intensive month custom-implementing your content engine, and your first articles publish under your name at the end of it. How Utopica works

Working together

What happens after I request a demo?

We reply within two business days. First a short call to learn your company, your experts and your goals; then, if it fits, we build your content engine. Get a demo

How much of my experts’ time does this take?

Five minutes per article, a few times a week: your AI agents research the topic, then spend five minutes with your expert on the part only they know, in their own words. No writing, no prep. The same expert article costs hours of their time anywhere else, and that gap is the product.

How long does one article take?

An hour of the content engine’s time, sometimes six. Each agent runs sub-agents of its own and many of them run in parallel, so that hour is already the fast version: the research, the sourcing, and the line-by-line edit are what it costs. Your part stays five minutes. Why great content takes time

Which countries do you work in?

Businesses operating in the United States or Canada.

Which industries is this built for?

There isn’t a list. Utopica is built for any company whose clients pay for what its people know. If your edge is real, hard-won expertise, it fits. And the eight kinds of company Utopica isn’t for

Will the articles follow our brand rules?

Utopica writes to your brand and the guidelines you set, and every article waits for you to check it against your own rules, edit it, and approve it before it publishes. The last word is always yours. More on trust

Ownership, control, and cancellation

Who owns the content?

Every published article carries your name, lives on your own website, and stays yours even if you leave.

Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime, and cancelling stops the next bill. Two things to know first: monthly fees already paid aren’t refundable, and access ends the day you cancel, so export anything you want to keep before you do. Your published articles are already on your own website, yours to keep. If you also want your data deleted, ask when you cancel and we act on it, typically within 30 days. See our Terms of Service

Do I approve every article before it publishes?

Your call. Review every article before it goes live, or let approved topics publish on their own. Either way it starts from your expert’s five minutes. Switch anytime.

Publishing and fit

Where do you publish?

Straight to the website you already have, in one click. No migration, no rebuild. Connecting your CMS is part of the custom implementation, so the platform isn’t the question: WordPress, Webflow, Framer, Shopify, BigCommerce, Squarespace, Wix, or whatever your developer built. Tell us what you run and we’ll confirm the fit before you commit to anything. Plus its own LinkedIn article, written for that feed, where it helps.

Results, limits, and your data

How will we know it’s working?

You watch for your company name turning up: cited in AI answers, ranked on Google, and shown in your dashboard, which tracks the signals underneath: visits, impressions, Google rankings, and authority.

We put our effort into the quality that earns those mentions, not into chasing vanity metrics. Commodity content has nothing worth measuring.

When does it start working?

Your articles start publishing at day 30, and authority compounds from there. Expect the first movement in months three and four: your name turning up in AI answers, articles ranking on Google. The full shape takes about a year, and month twelve looks nothing like month three, because every article keeps working. We don’t promise dates. That’s the curve when it works.

Is AI-written content penalized by Google?

Not for being AI-written. What the spam policy penalizes is scaled content abuse: “Using generative AI tools or other similar tools to generate many pages without adding value for users.” Google Search Central, “Spam policies for Google web search”. The line is value, not the tool. And this isn’t generic AI content. It’s expert-led content: your experts’ firsthand knowledge, in their voice, approved by them, which is exactly what Google says it rewards: “sharing unique points of view, creating content from first-hand experiences, and showcasing your internal experts.” Think with Google.

Does Utopica generate content with no human input or oversight?

No. Content generated from nothing, with nobody’s knowledge in it and nobody accountable for it, is the empty content Google penalizes. Utopica is built to make its opposite. Every article starts from what your people know firsthand: five minutes with your expert, or material your company already made. And every article publishes on terms you set: review each one yourself, or let only approved topics go live. Utopica automates the labor. The knowing and the final say stay human.

Won’t 15 articles a month look like spam?

Google already drew this line, and it isn’t about volume. What it penalizes is scaled content abuse: “many pages are generated for the primary purpose of manipulating search rankings and not helping users.” Google Search Central, “Spam policies for Google web search”. The test is purpose, not count. Every Utopica article answers one real question your clients ask, from your expert’s firsthand experience, under their name, on terms you set. That’s a firm answering its clients a few times a week, not a wall of filler. The AI search myths, answered

Do you guarantee AI citations or Google rankings?

No, and anyone who does is guessing. What we stand behind is the work: firsthand, expert-grade content published consistently under your name, the one thing that actually earns AI citations and Google rankings.

Why don’t you name your clients?

They asked us not to. You’d ask us the same. Being the company AI names is worth having only while your competitors aren’t. Say “AI” and half the room stops reading. Our clients would rather their work be read than labeled. The knowledge in each article is their expert’s. What they use to make it is nobody’s business but theirs. A logo on a website means somebody signed a contract. It never meant the work was good. Not one of our clients has ever wanted one.

What we can show you is the content engine itself, live on a short call. Get a demo

What does Utopica need access to?

Two connections: your CMS, to publish, and Google Analytics and Search Console, to measure results and optimize your content. Never your email, Slack, Drive, Dropbox, etc. Everything else Utopica knows about your business, your team tells it during the custom implementation. Read the trust page

Do you send our content to AI companies for training?

No. That’s not how it works: AI models learn from the public Internet, and AI search reads it live. Utopica publishes your articles on your own website, under your name. If they’re worth learning from, AI finds them there, the same way your buyers do. Your website is the submission.

Is our data used to train AI?

By default, your interactions may help improve the service. If your company needs it off, our Enterprise plan turns it off entirely, with no cross-customer training. Enterprise is custom-quoted: ask on the demo call. Your published content is always yours. Read the trust page
